Gout people abstain from red meat, seafood rich in protein, alcohol and soft drinks so that gout does not become more serious.
Seafood
Tuna, herring, salmon, oysters, clams, snails, mussels… contain much purin, causing high blood uric acid levels. So, gout people should avoid eating these foods. People who have not been gout should eat less than 120 grams of seafood a day.
Meat
