Pineapple is good for health, but many people still tell each other that during pregnancy, pineapple should not be eaten because hot pineapple causes miscarriage. So what is the truth?
Does pineapple stimulate labor?
Pineapple contains bromelain. Bromelain tablets are not recommended for use in pregnancy because it can break down protein in the body and lead to abnormal bleeding. Can pineapple become a part of a diet during pregnancy?

Foods in the following groups will help your baby get more vitamins and minerals to grow and develop healthily:

Elements of age, height, weight and other nutritional factors will determine how much food you should eat. For example, for a 25-year-old woman weighing about 63kg, about 1.63m tall, she should eat 250 grams of fruit and vegetables each day in the first trimester of pregnancy. In the second and third trimesters, the recommended fruit and vegetable intake increases to about 275 grams. A woman about 1.75m tall will probably need about 300g of vegetables a day.

The risks of eating pineapple during pregnancy

- Itching or swelling of the mouth
- Allergic reactions on the skin
- Difficulty breathing like the type of asthma
- Stuffy nose, runny nose.
These reactions usually appear after eating pineapple for a few minutes to several hours. You will be more prone to allergies if you are allergic to pollen or rubber.
